Returns & Refunds policy

• Please note that the product color may slightly vary from what appears in photos due to lighting, fabric texture, or screen settings.

• You may return the sofa within 7 days of delivery with a 30% deduction from the total amount.

• If the item is received damaged, it can be returned on the same day of delivery.

• Delivery charges will be billed separately and are non-refundable.

• A 50% advance payment is required at the time of order placement, with the remaining balance due on the day of dispatch.

• The estimated production and dispatch time for the order is 15 working days.

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring availability to receive the order on the agreed date.
